Refund Policy

Fall 2010

TEXTBOOKS REFUNDABLE:

  • until Aug. 20, w/receipt

or

  • until Aug. 27, w/receipt and proof of drop

 

 A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN :

  • With the original CCC receipt.

  • Textbooks purchased after Aug. 27 are Final Sale. No refunds will be given..

  • New textbooks soiled or with writing may be returned per store discretion at a used price.

  • All wrapped merchandise must be returned unopened and complete. A $5 rewrapping fee will be charged for unwrapped texts. No returns on packages with opened access codes.

  • Supplies and electronics have a 48-hour return period. All supplies, electronics and non-textbooks items must be unopened and undamaged including calculators and personal electronics.

  • Lab manuals, syllabi, general books, study aids and catalogs are not refundable.

  • Texts purchased from our website must be returned in store. Shipping charges are not refundable for online orders.

  • Defective books may be exchanged for same title only.
