Shipping Policies

Contra Costa College Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. Online orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Local orders will be received in 2 - 4 business days. During August and January, delivery time may take longer.

Rentals

Rented textbooks remain the property of the Contra Costa College Bookstore. At the end of the rental period, the customer loses all rights to the rented textbook. Students with delinquent or damaged rentals will be charged replacement costs and processing fees and/or be subject to academic holds.

Returns

Textbooks can be returned in original condition with receipt within 1 week of the start date of each full semester. Short-term course textbooks are refundable within 2 business days of the start of the course.

Clothing may be returned within 2 business days of purchase in original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

Electronics may be returned within 2 business days in original, unopened condition.
